Doornenberg Castle!

A local castle closed to the public for the week so we could all come and have a beautiful tour and spend time together.

This last photo is the inner keep. We were able to tour it and there were some locals that volunteered to tell us the story of the castle and how it was leveled by a bomb during WWII and then rebuilt.

This was the privy aka “Splash Box”. Anyone want to guess why it was called splash box? Lol

The outfits were beautiful.
